Your role • Sicherstellung, dass die Systeme zur Sicherstellung der Funktionalität des Arbeitsschutzmanagementsystems betrieben werden.• Sicherstellung gemeinsam mit den jeweiligen Abteilungsleitern, dass Gefährdungsbeurteilungen, Begehungsberichte, Schulungen, Betriebsanweisungen und technische Infrastruktur den rechtlichen Erfordernissen entsprechen und sicher betrieben werden.• Verantwortung für die Organisation, Planung und Ausführung von ASA- Versammlungen und dem zugehörigen Berichtswesen an ASA-Mitglieder und Geschäftsführung.  • Verantwortung für die Organisation, Planung, Durchführung und Maßnahmenverfolgung von SHE- Audits (Kunden- und Behördenaudits)• Verantwortung für die Durchführung und Koordination der Experten des STOP-Programms sowie die Auswertung der STOP Karten• Überwachung der Einhaltung aller Regelungen bezüglich der Gesetzeskonformität von Gesundheits-, Arbeits- und Umweltschutz• Durchführung von Arbeitssicherheitsschulungen am Standort• Verantwortung für die Organisation von Sicherheitsunterweisungen beauftragter Fremdfirmenmitarbeiter inklusive Dokumentation• Mitwirkung bei der Gestaltung der Werksplanung zur Berücksichtigung von SHE-Themen.• Überwachung der Einhaltung umweltrelevanter Anforderungen• Zusammenarbeit mit Betriebsarzt und Betriebsrat Your profile • Technische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zur Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit• Idealerweise Ingenieur Maschinenbau, Gebäudetechnik, Verfahrenstechnik, Chemieingenieurwesen, Elektrotechnik o.ä., ersatzweise Meister- oder Technikerausbildung mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung• Erfahrung in der Herstellung/Prüfung von, vorzugsweise sterilen Arzneiformen vorteilhaft.• Erfahrungen in Einsatz und Prüfung von Containmentsystemen (Barrieresystemen) zum Mitarbeiterschutz• mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich SHE-Management von Vorteil• Grundkenntnisse Englisch in Wort und Schrift• Selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise• Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit, Empathie und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit• Kenntnisse in MS-Office sowie SAP wünschenswert Working at Siegfried Siegfried's work environment is dynamic and international.
