Clean Harbors in Edmonton, AB, Canada is looking for a Parts Technician to join their safety conscious team!
This individual will provide complete and accurate reporting of movements, daily inventory, and production reports. They will be responsible for sourcing parts for a fleet of on-highway vehicles including tractors, trailers, vac trucks, rolloff's etc.

Responsibilities
Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times;
They will be responsible for sourcing parts for a fleet of on-highway vehicles including tractors, trailers, vac trucks, rolloff's etc.
Responsible for maintaining inventory in multiple locations, cycle counts, complete inventory counts, shipping and receiving duties, assist with quoting on internal jobs, operate forklift to load cores or unload stock orders.
Participate in daily toolbox talks, monthly safety meetings, etc
Travel component to other shops. Class 5 driver’s license required. Clean abstract required.
Maintain parts inventory locations: labels, cleanliness, etc.
Check incoming inventory paperwork and report corrections;
Communicate changes/discrepancies;
Create & manage orders/purchase orders/invoices;
Other duties as required.
Qualifications
Parts Technician certification or equivalent required
Class 5 driver’s license required. Clean abstract required.
High School or equivalent (GED) required;
1 to 3 years of Inventory experience;
Advanced computer skills;
Good communication skills;
Strong organization skills;
Self-starter with great attention to detail.
Willing to work as an individual as well as a team.
