Position Summary:
The position of Customer Service Representative will be an integral member of the Commercial Operations team. This role provides essential front-line support for our healthcare providers and internal teams ensuring a seamless customer experience. The Customer Service Representative serves as the front-line liaison for order management, product inquiries and issue resolution, helping to maintain our high standards of service and reliability.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Responsive front-line customer service (telephone and email), engaging promptly with all customer inquires, consulting with appropriate internal teams and providing key status updates as needed.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams, external partners (Hospital Procurement, Organ Procurement Organizations, and third party procurement companies) and other stakeholders through effective communication, problem-solving and exceptional customer support.
- Customer payment and invoicing responsibilities, including account receivable reconciliation activities, clerical support services and assisting with coordination of customer invoices and requests.
- Prepare quotes, communicate with clients, and assist in the coordination of logistics where required.
- Maintain highly accurate customer records and reports including records of consignment inventory in customer locations.
- Ensure compliance with all privacy and confidentiality guidelines.
- Record customer feedback through the proper quality processes and channels.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Completion of a recognized post-secondary Office Administration certificate program, or equivalent preferred.
- At minimum, 1 – 2 years of experience working in a fast-paced front-facing customer support role.
- Experience working in a health care environment an asset.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational, time management and prioritization skills required.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns in a diplomatic manner required.
- Ability to function independently with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
