Mercedes-Benz Star skills, requirements & traits:

• 5+ years of Canadian full-cycle payroll experience, including multi-provincial payroll processing
• Experience leading payroll processes in a corporate environment - ideally in automotive, OEM, or financial services
• Strong understanding of federal/provincial payroll legislation, taxable benefits, and year-end reporting
• Demonstrated experience in payroll system testing, UAT, and Dayforce (or similar) implementations
• Proven ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders such as HR, PeopleSoft, CRA, and third-party vendors
• Advanced Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables, reconciliations)
• PCP certification required; CPM is an asset
