Description

We’re seeking a Senior eCommerce Manager to own and grow the digital ecosystem across our portfolio, with a primary focus on Humm Kombucha. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is excited to lead the execution and optimization of our eCommerce strategies from DTC to Amazon to lifecycle marketing.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Website Management: Oversee and optimize the DTC websites for Humm Kombucha, REBBL, and Chameleon Cold-Brew. Improve UX, streamline navigation, and increase conversion rates across the funnel.
  • Amazon Marketplace Oversight: Collaborate with our Amazon agency partner to manage listings, support product launches, and track marketplace performance to hit growth targets.
  • Lifecycle Marketing: Lead email and SMS marketing strategy for Humm Kombucha, partnering with agencies to build customer journeys that drive retention and lifetime value.
  • Paid Media Coordination: Act as the liaison between brand and performance media teams, using KPIs and analytics to guide strategy and ensure campaigns align with goals.
  • Forecasting & Reporting: Partner with Sales and Finance to develop eCommerce forecasts. Deliver ongoing KPI tracking and performance insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Merchandising & Site Experience: Own digital merchandising strategies across DTC, ensuring product assortments, promotions, and site visuals are optimized to drive sales.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Work closely with internal teams to ensure all site and marketing content is compliant with legal and brand standards.
  • Product P&L Support: Support the development of product-level P&Ls to assess pricing, promotional effectiveness, and product viability in the eCommerce space.
  • Channel Innovation: Explore emerging eCommerce platforms and make recommendations for channel expansion opportunities aligned with brand growth.
Requirements

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • 6–8+ years of experience in ecommerce, ideally within consumer packaged goods, food, or beverage.
  • Proven experience managing both DTC and Amazon platforms.
  • Deep understanding of ecommerce KPIs, platforms, and tools (e.g., Shopify, Klaviyo, GA4, Amazon Seller Central).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insights and actions.
  • Experience managing agency relationships and cross-functional internal teams.
  • Familiarity with performance marketing strategy and channel management.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and budgets simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
