PingWind is seeking a qualified Change Management and Patient Engagement Specialist to support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). This role will support the Change Management and Training Lead in developing and implementing change management and training strategies to support the successful adoption of change initiatives by stakeholders.
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have experience in change management, and patient experience improvement.
· Gather, analyze, and synthesize patient feedback to inform project direction.
· Ensure the patient perspective is central to all discovery and design activities
· Act as the primary advocate for patient needs.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance patient satisfaction and engagement.
· Develop and implement change management strategies, including stakeholder engagement, communication, and training plans.
· Work with project teams to ensure alignment of change management efforts.
· Support in monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of change management strategies and adjust as needed to ensure successful change adoption.
· Provide assistance and support to project teams on change management best practices under the guidance of the Change Management and Training Lead.
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree
· Experience developing and implementing change management strategies for complex initiatives.
· Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized.
· U.S. Citizenship; Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
· VA or similar government organization experience
· Prosci Change Management certification or equivalent experience using the Prosci methodology.
