About the RoleAs a Territory Sales Manager, you will drive the sales to maximize revenue within the Upper Midwest region. You will need a deep understanding of professional audio-visual products and solutions, a passion for building strong customer relationships, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a strong technical aptitude in the Audio / Video industry.Your TeamYou will report to the Director of Sales. What You Will DoAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by collaborating with Harman customers, partners, Independent Sales Representatives, and internal stakeholders.Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, systems integrators, consultants, and end-users, while providing exceptional customer service and acting as a trusted advisor for Pro Audio / Video solutions.Identify new business opportunities and routes to market, expand the customer base, and nurture existing accounts to drive loyalty and repeat business.Conduct regular sales forecasting, analysis, and reporting to track performance, and monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.Develop a pipeline and maintain CRM records to assist in sales forecasts and ensure customer demand is met from both new and existing accounts.Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to highlight HARMAN’s value proposition and differentiate from competitors.What You NeedBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 5+ years of experience in selling or designing professional Audio / Video or Unified Communication solutions.
