We’re seeking a Senior Manager, Comms to drive our communications strategy —spanning public relations, media relations, executive thought leadership, and steward some of our internal employee comms as well. This is a high-impact function that influences our reputation, reach, and relevance across key audiences. This role reports directly to the Senior Director of Brand and Content Marketing.
What You'll Accomplish
Lead PR strategy, securing consistent media coverage across tech, marketing/advertising, and business trades
Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, trade pubs, podcast hosts, and influencers for executive and customer platforms
Develop and execute GTM communications plans for product launches, strategic partnerships, and major company milestones for maximum impact
Partner to build executive visibility programs for CEO, CMO, and CTO across media, speaking opportunities, and social platforms
Support thought leadership content, panel submissions, keynote messaging, and manage executive briefings around events.
Collaborate cross-functionally to evolve the company’s brand narrative, boilerplate, and value propositions
Manage PR agencies and oversee PR measurement and reporting, including share of voice, reputation tracking, and announcement impact
Own crisis communications, crafting reactive statements and coordinating with key stakeholders
Your Expertise
10+ years of experience in communications, PR, or brand strategy roles, preferably in B2B tech or high-growth companies.
Proven track record of securing impactful media coverage and managing executive visibility programs.
Solid storytelling and writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for different audiences.
Strong relationships across media, events, and analyst communities as a plus.
Strategic thinker who can thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Experience managing agency relationships and cross-functional projects.
Comfortable navigating crisis and issues communications with discretion and clarity.
Experience in employer branding and internal cascading comms a plus.
Familiarity with measurement tools for comms (e.g., Meltwater, Cision).

For US based applicants:
- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000 - $160,000 annually + equity + benefits
- Equity is a substantial part of the total compensation package
- Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location
