About the Role:
We're hiring a Demand Generation Operations Manager to drive efficiency, scale, and impact across our global marketing engine. This role sits at the core of how we go to market—owning the operational backbone that powers our campaigns, website initiatives, and marketing automation workflows. We're looking for someone highly organized and execution-focused who can bring structure to fast-moving programs, ensure flawless campaign launches, and partner cross-functionally to turn ideas into measurable results.
This role reports to the Director of Performance Marketing and is a hybrid position based in our Bellevue office Monday through Wednesday.
This base range is not including a 10 percent annual bonus, equity, and other benefits. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Global Campaign Management
Partner with stakeholders in content strategy, growth marketing, and other functions to turn campaign strategy into an actionable project plan.
Drive integrated global campaign planning and execution across teams, aligning on the scope, resourcing, timelines, and requirements.
Establish and maintain campaign milestones, driving the on-time delivery across content, design, localization, channel owners, and more.
Develop and manage a global marketing calendar spanning campaign activations across email, advertising, webinars, events, and more.
Deliver regular campaign reporting and drive cross functionally key improvements, content refreshes, etc.
Proactively identify and resolve risks or bottlenecks, including setting up PM tools and documenting standard operating procedures, RACI, etc.
Website Operations
Manage intake and triage for all marketing website requests.
Proactively drive the scoping and completion of key marketing initiatives including A/B testing, technical search engine optimization (SEO), and more.
Gather requirements from stakeholders and manage delivery across content, design, and development for website projects.
Lead and participate in agile ceremonies (e.g. sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily standups, retrospectives,. etc) to ensure website initiatives are prioritized, scoped, and executed efficiently.
Special Projects & Growth Initiatives
Manage complex, cross-functional initiatives for the demand generation team.
Align technical and business stakeholders on the scope, plan, and drive on-time delivery of the initiative.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in marketing project management or operations.
Experience leading cross-functionally, aligning various marketing functions on a plan, scope, and timeline.
Experience building project plans, workflows, and reporting in tools like Monday.com.
Proven success delivering complex projects including marketing campaigns, website development, and special projects.
Ability to proactively anticipate bottlenecks and bring clarity and structure to ambiguous projects and workflows.
