Job Summary
• This role is responsible for leading the development and execution of route-to-market strategies for the printer division, aligning with the company’s strategic objectives. The Route to Market Manager will manage cross-functional teams and budgets, craft innovative communication strategies, and drive customer-centric go-to-market (GTM) plans. The role demands an assertive leader with exceptional project management skills and strategic thinking to optimize market penetration, oversee cross-functional initiatives, and ensure compliance with local regulations.
Responsibilities
• Participates in developing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
• Manages cross-functional, cross-organizational teams and agencies in the development and execution of go-to-market (GTM) plans and budgets.
• Develops customer segmentation strategies and defines customer experience plans and executes/monitors them.
• Ensures that all marketing activities adhere to local regulations and compliance standards.
• Provides expert inputs on offering messaging and manages delivery of pre-determined localized marketing materials and content by collaborating with relevant teams.
• Leads thorough market research to identify opportunities, market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities
• Assists sales team with the development of a sales training material and with partner development.
Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in segment marketing, channel marketing, partner marketing, or a related field.

The pay range for this role is $104,800 to $158,250 USD annually with additional
opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United
States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related
knowledge, skills, and experience.
