The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Director of Finance, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Being the main Division Finance Leader for driving P&L management, working capital, and capital expenditure for a business with Sales of $247M+ (2024A)
Partnering with the Division President and being an integral part of the Division Operating Committee to guide the development and execution of strategic and operating plans
Working with dedicated Division and Area (geographic) Finance resources to deliver the overall Division Financial results
Lead Forecasting process and P&L Management for the Americas area
Supporting business development activities, critical client negotiations, and special projects
Engaging extensively with Business Group and Corporate Finance on Investor Relations preparation, Revenue Recognition, and Cash Management
Enhancing financial and analytical rigor across the Finance Function and increasing the use of Daily/Weekly management
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution and 12 years of finance experience in a private, public, government or military environment
7 years of prior finance experience in an Industrial, manufacturing or Consumer company in a private, public, government or military environment
7 years of progressive experience in FP&A or corporate finance
Proficiency in financial systems (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, Hyperion, or similar) and Excel
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
MBA or master’s degree in finance/ accounting (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
Experience in business development and strategic finance and mergers and acquisitions
Proven ability to use analytics and influencing skills to drive results
Exhibited sense of urgency to drive effective change and manage performance
Familiarity with portfolio and product level margin analysis
Change management, fast turn arounds, ability with IT systems
Work location: Remote
Travel: May include up to 25% domestic/international

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $222,044 - $271,387, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
