As a Creative Marketing Producer, you will drive the execution of compelling marketing campaigns for Jam City's diverse portfolio of mobile games. You will be a central point of contact, collaborating closely with internal creative teams and external partners to deliver high-quality assets on time and within budget. Your passion for games and understanding of the creative process will be instrumental in bringing our marketing visions to life.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Management:
Manage the end-to-end production lifecycle of marketing creative assets, including video, static imagery, and interactive content.
Develop and maintain project timelines, track progress, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
Utilize project management tools such as Jira, Mondays, AirTable, Wrike, or Asana to organize tasks and communication.
Creative Collaboration:
Work closely with graphic designers, motion designers, CG artists, and live-action production teams across multiple global locations.
Facilitate clear communication and provide constructive feedback to ensure creative alignment with marketing strategies.
Understand and navigate the nuances of different creative disciplines.
Budget and Legal Management:
Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Route and manage legal contracts and agreements related to creative production.
Industry Knowledge:
Stay current with trends in motion design, graphic design, CG art development, live-action production, UGC, and influencer marketing.
Leverage knowledge of the entertainment industry, with a preference for mobile gaming.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience:
3-5 years of experience in a creative producer role, either in-house at a brand or within a creative agency.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex creative projects from concept to completion.
Location:
Must be based within the United States, and willing to work primarily PST Hours.
Familiarity with the workflows and processes of various creative disciplines.
Personal Attributes:
A genuine passion for playing video games.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
NICE TO HAVE
Experience working specifically within the mobile gaming industry.
Familiarity with international production workflows and cultural nuances.
In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation for this role. The range listed is just one component of Jam City's total compensation package for employees, which may also include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, certifications, location, business needs, or market demands. This range is based on a full-time position. This range may be modified in the future. In addition, Jam City provides a variety of benefits to employees, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, a 401(k) plan, life, disability, and accident insurance. Pay Range: $68,000,000 — $89,000 salary per year.
