Everbridge is a fast-growing global company that provides SaaS-based critical communications and enterprise safety solutions. Currently, we are looking for an experienced and dedicated Channel/Partner Sales Manager to join our team. This is an individual contributor role that can be home based anywhere in the UK.
As a Channel/Partner Sales Manager, you will focus on recruiting, onboarding, and enabling new channel partners primarily in the UK, with additional scope across the Nordics region. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a purpose-driven company and play a key role in expanding our indirect sales footprint.
What you'll do:
Recruit and onboard high-potential channel/distribution partners to expand Everbridge’s reach and drive new business in the UK and Nordics.
Enable partners by ensuring they are trained, certified, and confident in positioning and selling Everbridge’s Critical Event Management (CEM) platform.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure seamless partner integration and performance.
Drive partner-led revenue, owning and accelerating bookings through indirect sales channels.
Support partner sales efforts, including co-selling, joint presentations, and solution positioning.
Execute partner marketing campaigns to generate demand and strengthen the Everbridge brand within partner ecosystems.
Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with key partners to track performance and uncover new growth opportunities.
Maintain Salesforce.com to accurately track partner engagement, pipeline development, and revenue generation.
Represent Everbridge at industry events, webinars, and partner-facing activities across the region.
What you'll bring
Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, or related field.
10+ years of successful channel sales experience, preferably in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment.
Proven track record in partner recruitment, enablement, and revenue growth through indirect channels.
Strong understanding of SaaS, enterprise software, or communications solutions; experience in emergency communications, security, or business continuity is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain C-level relationships within partner organizations.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in Salesforce.com for pipeline and partner management.
Self-starter mindset with a “whatever it takes” attitude to drive partner success and business outcomes.
Fluency in English is a must, and additional European languages are advantageous.
