Job Title: Video Motion Graphics Internship
Department: EMS Marketing
Location: Remote
(Hourly rate: $15.00/hr - Part time - Max 29hrs per week)
Who You Are
The Video Motion Graphics Intern will play a key role in developing and producing engaging visual content for both internal and external clients. You'll work closely with our marketing agency creative team and our corporate Marketing & Communications (MarCom) team, gaining hands-on experience in various media platforms including digital, video and print advertising and content marketing. This role offers the opportunity to build a compelling portfolio while contributing to high-impact projects. The internship runs from September 2nd to November 21.

Here are the abilities that we seek out:
- Design and animate motion graphics assets such as logos, lower thirds and transitions to enhance video engagement and performance across various channels.
- Support the creative team in storyboarding, conceptual development and visual storytelling.
- Collaborate effectively with designers, video editors and content creators to bring concepts to life.
- Edit and optimize motion graphics and animations for diverse social media formats and platforms.
- Stay current with emerging trends in motion design, video and digital content creation.
- Leverage best-in-class marketing tools including Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro) and Canva.
- Contribute to projects with time split between agency and MarCom initiatives, with an emphasis on designing and developing compelling content.

What You Offer
Education
- Pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Film, or a related field.
Experience
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro).
- Familiarity with Canva.
- Understanding of design principles, animation timings and visual storytelling.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently on directed projects and effectively within collaborative teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Special Requirements Specific to Job
- Ability to work 20-29 hours per week during the Monday to Friday work week.
- Comfortable working remotely.
