What you'll Be Doing:

- Work on an inside phone-based sales team in the home inspection industry
- Learn and promote company products and services - https://propertyvision.alamode.com/
- Make outbound phone calls to potential and existing customers by telephone and e-mail to qualify leads and sell products and services
- Handle inbound sales lead calls to convert calls into sales
- Overcome technical and business objections of prospective and existing customers
- Emphasize salable features, quote prices and payment terms, and enter sales orders
- Help existing customers with their subscription renewals
- Offer new or additional products to existing customers
- Overcome technical and business objections of current and prospective customers
- Enter new customer data and other sales data for current customers into computer database. Maintain customer contact information for lead generation purposes
- Document client and prospective client needs, level of engagement, and applicable sales intel
- Provide feedback to management and Marketing regarding customer needs and concerns
- Strategize with team members on ways to improve sales figures and identify the benefits of products and services for the customer
- Provide exceptional service to both customers and prospects

Job Qualifications:
Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
- Seasoned with a successful history exceeding customer expectations and sales goals
- Understanding of inside sales processes and techniques
- Proficient in Google Chrome, Microsoft Word, Teams, and Outlook
- Ability to work in a team environment and fulfill objectives with minimal direct supervision
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Able to understand technical issues well enough to discuss them effectively with other team members as well as communicate relevant specifics to non-technical customers
- Detail oriented and ability to multi-task
- Innovative, proactive, and self-directed
