Fabletics is currently looking for a Producer.
How Do You Fit In?
We are seeking an extremely organized and ambitious Producer to join our in-house studio & production team. This role will report to the Director, Production and will act as the lead Producer on all e-commerce shoots, as well as assisting with the overall planning, facilitation, organization, and day-to-day operations related campaign and editorial shoots. This position is perfect for those who possess a strong verbal and written communication skills, have a knack for problem solving, are known for their proactive problem solving. This candidate should be able to work well within a team environment, and is comfortable juggling multiple priorities
This position will report to the Director, Production.
What you can bring:
Based in LA
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.
Possess a clear understanding of current e-commerce and fashion trends and apply knowledge to the shoot
Knowledge of photo and video production processes, styling, and post production workflows.
3-4 years of previous experience working in a studio/production environment is expected.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Flexible and accountable; recognizes the various hours of the job
Being a collaborative and positive team player is a must. This position requires interacting with large and small crews, as well as internal employees.

Knowledge of Hot Budget is a plus.
What you will do:
Photography Project Management: Plan, schedule, and manage product photography and video shoots, ensuring that all imagery aligns with brand guidelines and product requirements.
Budgeting and Accounting: Manage budgets for ecommerce shoots and process timecards for crew and talent through our payroll company.
Shoot Coordination: Organize logistics for photography sessions, including sourcing models, stylists, scheduling, coordinating with facilities for all ecommerce shoots.
Talent Casting: Manage castings, working with agencies and non-repped talent on bookings and negotiate rates.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with site merchandisers, marketing, and product teams to ensure all product images meet online platform requirements and support marketing campaigns.
Post-Production Oversight: Work with post-production team on timelines, including image editing, retouching, and optimization for various digital platforms, ensuring high-quality visuals that enhance user experience and drive conversions.
Vendor Management: Coordinate with external photographers, digital techs, and stylists to ensure the timely delivery of photography assets within budget.
Innovation & Trends: Stay up to date on ecommerce photography trends, tools, and technologies to continually enhance on set productivity.
Editorial Production: End to end production of editorials working closely with the creatives and photographer to bring visual concepts to life.
On Set Production: Main point of contact, managing the flow of the shoot and coordinating between creative and crew members. Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the shoot. Manage budgets on-set making real time decisions to stay on track financially.

Where we are:
This role will be based in our El Segundo Headquarters
The annual base salary range for this position is from $89,000-$110,000. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
