Solventum Purification & Filtration Business
We are pleased to announce that Solventum has entered into a definitive agreement to sell our Purification & Filtration business to Thermo Fisher Scientific. This transaction is anticipated to be completed by the end of 2025, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions, receipt of regulatory approvals, and country specific information and consultation needs where required. This is a significant milestone for the P&F business and will allow for the strategic investment and resources needed for sustaining growth and delivering customer solutions. By joining us during this transitional period, you will be able to work alongside an energized and mission-driven team who is experiencing this transition along with you. Until then, Solventum will continue to operate as a unified entity, and employment is subject to all applicable terms and conditions as set forth in our employment agreement and company policies.
The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Sales Representative Biopharma, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative Biopharmaceutical companies. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Having a consultative approach to maintain and grow business within existing pharma/biopharma accounts as well as having curiosity to seek new relationships.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to create and implement a Strategic Sales Plan in the assigned territory and review progress regularly
- Work closely with our bioprocessing expert team to ensure driving new opportunities for our filtration and purification portfolio and get support allocated to your clients
- Achieving or exceeding the sales targets and KPIs
Company Vehicle
This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a life-science related field
- Experience in technical sales
- Exceptional communication, presentation and networking skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce)
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Motivation and passion, Team player attitude & Change resilience
- Current, valid Driver’s License
- French language skills are a plus
Work location: Remote within the Netherlands or the North of Belgium
Travel: May include up to 50% domestic travel
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
