This is a remote position, reporting to VP, Content Technology.
Job Description:
Responsibilities
- You will lead end-to-end Workfront implementations, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
- You will design scalable solutions aligned with business goals and content workflow needs.
- You will advise senior stakeholders on work management transformation.
- You will coordinate content creation, review, and approval processes.
- You will architect integrated workflows across creative, campaign, and distribution teams.
- You will oversee technical configurations, integrations, and automation using Workfront and related tools.
- You will develop practice standards, methodologies, and training materials.
- You will manage a team of consultants and solution architects.
- You will support business development through solution design, proposals, and thought leadership.
Required Qualifications
Experience and Certifications
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in work management consulting with at least 5 years focused specifically on Adobe Workfront
- Current Adobe Workfront certifications (Core Developer, Enhanced Analytics, and Project Manager certifications preferred)
- Track record leading enterprise-scale Workfront implementations exceeding $500K in project value
- Demonstrated experience with content supply chain optimization and creative workflow management
Technical Skills
- Expert-level proficiency in Workfront administration, configuration, and customization
- Experience with Workfront APIs, integrations, and data architecture
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud integration and digital asset management workflows
- Familiarity with adjacent Adobe Experience Cloud products (AEM, Campaign, Analytics)
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid approaches)
- Previous experience as an enterprise Workfront administrator/owner (client) or a Workfront SME at a management consulting firm/systems integrator
- Industry expertise in marketing, advertising, or creative services
The annual salary range for this position is $113,000 - $182,850. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
