As Program Manager II, you will oversee program operations and ensure alignment with organizational goals for the evolving Healthy Choice program. In this role, you will manage and control annual budgets, analyze workflows and implement process improvements, plan and coordinate program initiatives and schedules, facilitate professional development opportunities by engaging with internal and external stakeholders, and represent the program at events, roadshows, and leadership engagements.
This role offers a unique opportunity to bring your innovative ideas and expertise to help transform the Employee Health Plan program. You will serve as a key representative in presentations to leadership helping drive the success of the program, while building strong relationships with fellow caregivers to ensure staff feel supported and well cared for.
A caregiver in this position works days 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. with the ability to travel across Ohio, Florida and Nevada locations required.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
- Develop, implement, manage, and maintain operational systems and activities.
- Serve as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside community.
- Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines.
- Allocate time to meet completion requirements.
- Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.
- Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field and five years of experience in project management, data analysis and systems
- Competency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel interstate
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
- Data analysis experience in a healthcare setting
- Experience with wellness programs or Cleveland Clinic systems
- Familiarity with budget participation and reporting

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
- Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment
- Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information
- Ability to travel throughout the hospital system
