About The Job

We are looking for a skilled MERN Stack Developer with 5 years of experience in developing robust web applications using React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the full web development lifecycle and will be responsible for building and maintaining high-quality applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Web Application Development :
  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
  • Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React.js.

Back-End Development
  • Develop server-side logic using Node.js and Express.js.
  • Implement secure, scalable, and efficient solutions for application functionality.

API Integration
  • Develop and integrate RESTful APIs to connect front-end applications with back-end services.
  • Work with third-party APIs and services to extend application functionality.

Database Management
  • Design, implement, and optimize MongoDB databases.
  • Ensure data integrity and optimize performance through efficient database queries.

Collaboration & Communication
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers to translate requirements into functional applications.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

Testing & Debugging
  • Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and application stability.
  • Debug and troubleshoot application issues to provide timely fixes.

Continuous Learning
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in web development and the MERN stack.
  • Participate in team meetings, workshops, and training sessions.

Requirements
  • Technical Skills :
  • Proficiency in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
  • Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
  • Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.

Experience
  • 3 years of professional experience in MERN stack development.
  • Proven track record of delivering web applications in a production environment.

Soft Skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
