Rapid Global Growth (RGG), the innovative force powering successful e-commerce brands like Puffy, is seeking an exceptional Head of Analytics to join our marketing team in Dubai. As our Head of Analytics, you'll own our end-to-end data analytics function, driving growth across our D2C business. We're looking for a commercially astute leader who excels at both strategic planning and hands-on execution. Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of our e-commerce analytics strategy, aligning it with overall business objectives to drive growth.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), creating insightful reports to inform strategic decision-making across the organization.
- Analyze customer behavior throughout the e-commerce journey, uncovering actionable insights to improve conversion rates and revenue.
- Oversee the design and execution of A/B tests, optimizing various aspects of our visitors' e-commerce experience and ensuring methodological rigor.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of customer behavior and preferences through advanced data analysis, user feedback, and customer journey mapping.
- Build and evolve our analytics toolbox, combining in-house solutions with leading third-party tools to generate powerful insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven changes, driving improvements in website performance, conversions, and overall customer satisfaction.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the analytics team, fostering their professional growth and enhancing the team's capabilities to meet evolving business needs.
- Stay at the forefront of e-commerce analytics trends and best practices, ensuring our competitive edge in the rapidly evolving D2C landscape.
Required skills/experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Machine Learning, AI, Statistics, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience using digital analytics to drive business/marketing results in B2C companies
- At least 2 years of experience with A/B testing tools, including hypothesis development for website optimization
- Proficiency in SQL
- Proficiency in either Python or R for data analytics
- Track record of driving significant revenue growth through data-driven insights and strategies
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing and mentoring analytics teams
- Ability to influence cross-functional and upper management decisions; willingness to “have an opinion” backed by insights and analytics to achieve the best outcomes
