We're seeking a Product Owner for Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) to join our Delivery Team. In this role, you will play a vital role in driving Vault's overall success. Your focus will be on developing customer-centric solutions that are scalable and contribute to increased customer utilisation of Vault Cloud's infrastructure. This role offers the opportunity to be at the forefront of technology innovation, contributing to open-source projects, and driving the development of customer-centric solutions in a collaborative, agile organisation.


You will be responsible for:


  • Define product goals and create a well-defined backlog working with your product team.
  • Leading sprint planning, backlog grooming, and prioritisation.
  • Overseeing the development process to meet technology, security, and documentation standards.
  • Using design thinking to communicate product goals to the Scrum team and stakeholders, ensuring efficient development.
  • Monitoring product quality and incorporating customer feedback into testing strategies.


To be successful you will be able to demonstrate with:


  • Sound knowledge on Cloud-based products, particularly related to IaaS and building service integration capabilities between multiple platforms
  • Sound knowledge on OpenStack and Ceph technologies
  • Experience influencing and leading a technical cross functional team within IT operations, cloud computing, IT strategy, business architecture, enterprise architecture, software engineering, and/or application development
  • Growth mindset with strong analytical skills, easily adaptable to changes and able to provide innovative solutions
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical audiences
