We are a dynamic and fast-growing company specializing in digital privacy and online reputation management for our clients. Our mission is to help clients protect their personal information and privacy across the internet. We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Client Privacy Specialist to join our team and ensure our clients’ personal data is removed from public databases and unwanted exposure is minimized.

Job Highlights

Hourly Rate: The equivalent of 7.8 USD per hour in your local currency

Schedule: Flexible hours, Monday to Fridays (but might be asked to do urgent tasks from time to time during weekends).

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Contract: Independent Contractor

Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor”, the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will also be accountable for handling their taxes and benefits independently. The salary is calculated and offered on an hourly basis.

Responsibilities

• DMCA Takedowns: Identify and process Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) requests to remove unauthorized content.

• Optery Requests: Assist in data removal through Optery and similar data broker services to safeguard client privacy.

• Public Database Removal: Monitor and handle removal of personal data from public databases.

• Reverse Search Database Removal: Conduct removal operations from reverse search engines and databases.

• Forum Takedowns: Navigate forums to identify and eliminate harmful or unauthorized information about clients.

• Client Communication: Maintain regular, professional, and responsive communication with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of online privacy and data protection practices.

• Experience with DMCA and other takedown processes.

• Familiarity with tools like Optery and public data removal services.

• Excellent communication skills for direct client interaction.

• Attention to detail and a problem-solving attitude.

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information discreetly.

• Experience working with privacy and reputation management services is a plus.
