- Design and maintain data pipelines for automatic updates to the BI platform and AI models.
- Integrate diverse data sources to provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with teams to identify essential data metrics and ensure alignment on data and AI strategies.
- Develop AI models for cost forecasting and resource planning.
- Regularly refine AI models to stay relevant to evolving processes.
- Create dashboards and reports for real-time insights, supporting data-informed decision-making.
- Set up data-tracking mechanisms for AI model training in alignment with production teams.
- Promote collaborative decision-making on data infrastructure and AI implementations.
- Research and apply AI/ML for predictive analytics to enhance decision-making across the business.
Qualifications: - 3+ years in business intelligence, data science, or similar fields.
- Demonstrated experience managing data pipelines for BI platforms and AI models.
- Proficient with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Metabase, Power BI) and integrating various data sources.
- Solid understanding of AI/ML techniques for predictive modeling.
- Skilled in Python, data science libraries (Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn), and SQL for data warehousing.
- Collaborative mindset with a strong ability to influence across teams.
- Experience in building AI forecasting models for business insights.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP is a plus.
