About the Team

We are on the lookout for a Lifecycle Lead to join our Growth Marketing team who focus on using digital, creative and brand initiatives that drive profitable revenue at VeVe. This is a full-time contract role, ideally based in New Zealand (Remote).

As the Lifecycle Lead at Veve, you will:

  • Define, develop, and execute strategies to engage, nurture, and retain Veve’s collectors across their entire journey with us, to maximise engagement and profitability.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing an end-to-end customer journey strategy, addressing each stage of the lifecycle to optimise collector engagement and profitability.
  • Using behavioural data and insights to create detailed customer segments and delivering personalised content and messaging based on user preferences and activity.
  • Mentoring and supporting our Automation Specialist, providing guidance and opportunities for professional growth.
  • Driving initiatives for onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and win-back.
  • Overseeing the implementation of automation workflows and technology to scale and personalise lifecycle touchpoints.
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams, including Product, Production, Customer Success and Community, to align messaging and ensure a consistent brand experience.

About You:

You will have:

  • Proven experience in a B2C lifecycle marketing or Customer Engagement/Retention role.
  • A strong understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, and retention and engagement tactics.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • An analytical mindset with a passion for leveraging data to drive decisions and outcomes.
  • The ability to thrive in an evolving, fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for pop culture, entertainment, and be customer obsessed.
  • Familiarity with Veve’s product and community is a plus.
