We’re seeking a skilled CMS Operator to manage, maintain, and troubleshoot website content, ensuring it’s always up-to-date, visually appealing, and functional. In this role, you’ll be crucial in creating a smooth online experience for users and supporting the marketing goals. 🎯 The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:
- Manage and update live and offline content within the CMS.
- Create and publish web and landing pages based on campaign schedules.
- Ensure CMS functionality, troubleshoot technical issues, and perform regular content audits.
- Test live content across devices; request corrections as needed.
- Coordinate with content and marketing teams for accuracy and consistency.
- Work closely with Development, UX, and CRM teams on tasks and issues.
- Report and resolve content inconsistencies, using FullStory to enhance troubleshooting.
⚡ All you need is…
- 3+ years’ experience in CMS management and website maintenance.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, and familiar with design principles.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Awesome to have:
- Experience with FullStory or similar user experience tools.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices
