We have teams who will start in early January 2025. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. This is a remote position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home.Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, addressing their needs and concerns
• Provide accurate and relevant information to customers regarding product features, pricing, and availability
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating to the appropriate departments when necessary
• Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the customer support system

Qualifications
