Apply via Dice today!job summary:Job Overview:We are seeking three Application Developers with expertise in Epic systems support, focusing on Resolute Billing. This hybrid role requires professionals who are local to the Atlanta metropolitan area and comfortable with in-office work for hands-on client support. The role involves identifying and resolving billing issues, documenting case details, and communicating updates effectively with clients.Key Responsibilities:Identification and Resolution of Issues:

• Quickly diagnose and resolve common Resolute Billing issues, including:
• Incorrect billing codes
• Patient account discrepancies
• Insurance claim rejections
• Follow a checklist or flowchart for efficient live support diagnosis.

Triage and Prioritization of Issues:

• Follow a triage process to prioritize issues by severity:
• Critical Issues: Immediate action required (e.g., billing affecting patient care).
• High Priority: Significant impact on client operations, but not urgent.
• Medium/Low Priority: Non-urgent issues for routine follow-up.

Documentation and Tracking:

• Log detailed issue descriptions and resolution steps using standardized tracking and ticketing systems.
• Document client interactions and issue details in the ticketing system to ensure seamless follow-up and resolution tracking.

Client Communication:

• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, providing timely updates on issue status and actions taken.
• Utilize effective communication strategies to foster client confidence.

Continuous Improvement and Training:

• Gather feedback from clients and team members post-support to identify areas of improvement.
• Regularly review and update training materials based on recurring issues and analyst feedback.

Training Resources and Peer Support:

• Utilize quick-reference guides and encourage peer mentorship for ongoing knowledge-sharing and support.

Must-Have Skills and Experience:Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills (2-5 years of experience):

• Proficient in diagnosing issues in the Epic system, particularly Resolute Billing. Able to analyze workflows and troubleshoot technical problems with accuracy and efficiency.

Effective Communication Skills (1-3 years of experience):

• Able to clearly explain complex billing and system issues to clients in understandable terms. strong listening and responsiveness are essential.

Documentation & Organizational Skills (1-3 years of experience):

• Skilled in using tracking and ticketing systems for accurate and timely issue documentation, with strong organizational skills for prioritizing multiple issues and tasks.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Familiarity with Epic Systems: Experience with Epic applications, especially Resolute Billing, is a significant advantage for quick and effective issue resolution.
• Project Management Skills: Knowledge of project management principles, especially for Go Live events, is beneficial for coordinating tasks and managing timelines.
• Training and Presentation Skills: Ability to create and deliver training sessions for clients during Go Live, enhancing user adoption and satisfaction.
