Overview Of Role/Job Purpose

The Developer role is to define, develop, test, analyze, and maintain new and existing software applications in support of business requirements. This includes writing, coding, testing, and analyzing software programs and applications. The Developer will also research, design, document, and modify software specifications.

Essential Duties

• Develop, test and implement new software programs and services.
• Clearly and regularly communicate with management and technical support colleagues.
• Test, maintain and recommend software improvements to ensure strong functionality and optimization.
• Facilitate root cause analysis of system issues.
• Work with experienced team members to conduct root cause analysis of issues, review new and existing code and/or perform unit testing.
• Identify ideas to improve system performance and impact availability.
• Make good technical decisions that provide solutions to business challenges.
• Provide comprehensive support to internal customers; achieve resolution to outstanding problems or issues.
• Compile timely, comprehensive and accurate documentation and or reports as requested.
• Possess up-to-date knowledge of technological developments in the industry.
  
  

Skills/Qualifications

• 3+ year’s proven experience as a full stack developer on Microsoft Technology Stack.
• Excellent knowledge C#, JavaScript, TSQL, CSS, HTML, XML & JSON.
• Excellent knowledge .Net Framework, .Net Core & EF Core
• Excellent knowledge Restful APIs and SOAP APIs
• Knowledge MVC, Razor, Blazor & WCF
• Knowledge and understanding of object-oriented and service-oriented application development techniques and theories
• Good understanding of relation database and non-relational database.
• Experience working with Agile Methodology and Scrum Framework
• Good understanding Microservices Architecture, Domain Driven Design, SOLID Fundamentals, Unit Testing (and TDD) and modern development techniques.
• Good understanding of a DevOps environments and CI/CD
• Knowledge of Cloud Native Applications, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, WAF, etc.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Great attention to details.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and organization skills.
• Working knowledge of the energy industry, Billing/CIS and EDI systems is a plus.
• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or relevant experience.
• VB.NET, WPF, Telerik Controls, Bootstrap is a plus105
