Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Red Hat Instructor to join our team in delivering virtual training courses to U.S. Air Force personnel. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and a passion for teaching in a virtual environment. Key Responsibilities: ● Deliver engaging and effective virtual instructor-led training courses in Red Hat System Administration I (RH124) and Red Hat System Administration II (RH134) based on the most current version of RHEL.12 ● Conduct training sessions during various hours to accommodate students located in the US, Europe, and Asia.3 ● Ensure that students have access to the required course materials and resources.4 ● Provide timely and constructive feedback to students on their progress. ● Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance.5 ● Collaborate with other instructors and team members to ensure the successful delivery of training programs. ● Stay abreast of the latest developments in Red Hat technologies and training methodologies. Qualifications: ● Minimum of Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHSA) or Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHSE) certification.6 ● At least three years of experience in Red Hat System Administration.6 ● Minimum of one year of experience teaching RH124 and RH134 in a virtual environment.7 ● Extensive experience in Red Hat System Administration at the advanced level may be substituted in place of credentials at the discretion of the USAF Contracting Officer.7 ● Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. ● Strong ability to engage and motivate students in a virtual learning environment. ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: ● Experience working with government or military organizations. ● Familiarity with the Non-classified Internet Protocol Network (NIPR).4
