Hybrid Director of Product Director of Product with verification

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To set the long-term vision and strategy for the company’s product within the Public Sector-Law & Justice Practice and communicate this strategy to all of the relevant participants and stakeholders.
• Ability to achieve product vision and roadmap buy in with sales, marketing, engineering, and development and executive teams.
• Ability to continually weigh and communicate the competing factors of objectives for products, company’s resources, and demands from various stakeholders.
• Develop methods to gather real-world user data, customer feedback, and metrics on new and existing products in order for analytics to help guide decisions. These should include intelligence about existing products, customers and markets as well competitors’ products and the industry as a whole.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE):

• At least a four-year business or technology degree and 8 years’ experience in software product development or software project management.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE):

• 10 years in a product management role in government sector
