Your contributions will significantly impact the well-being of our clients, and we value the importance of empathy and expertise in every interaction.Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound communications to assist members with their healthcare benefits.
• Address consumer inquiries effectively and resolve issues with professionalism.
• Inform members about the progress of previously submitted documents and requests.
• Achieve performance objectives related to efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and attendance.
• Exhibit self-motivation while overcoming obstacles in communication.
• Build and cultivate your own book of business through attentive listening and empathy.

Required Skills

• Strong communication skills with the ability to multitask efficiently.
• Commitment to excellent customer service and a detail-oriented approach.
• Previous experience in sales or benefits is advantageous.
• Empathy and active listening are vital for success in this position.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience within a single organization.
• Call center experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to pass a background check is necessary.
