What will you be doing?The CSF Leak Association is seeking an enthusiastic Communication and Social Media Volunteer to support our digital engagement efforts. As we work to raise awareness of cerebrospinal fluid leaks and support those affected, we need a dedicated individual to help maintain and grow our online presence. Current Challenges and Goals - Expanding our reach and impact across multiple social media platforms- Maintaining a consistent and professional brand identity- Ensuring responsible communication as a medical condition charity- Supporting our overall digital engagement strategy Role Responsibilities - Assist in implementing our social media strategy across Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and YouTube- Create and schedule engaging content using Canva and other tools- Monitor and respond to social media interactions, under guidance from the Communications Trustee- Help track social media metrics and prepare regular reports- Support the planning and execution of social media campaigns- Stay informed about CSF leak information to ensure accurate communication We're Looking For Someone Who - Is passionate about our cause and committed to raising awareness of cerebrospinal fluid leaks- Has experience using various social media platforms- Possesses strong written communication skills and attention to detail- Can dedicate regular time each week to social media tasks- Is willing to learn and adhere to our brand guidelines and communication policies This volunteer role offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in non-profit social media management while making a real difference in the lives of those affected by CSF leaks.
