• Deliver engaging one-on-one or small group online instruction (2-6 students).
• Leverage existing teaching resources to ensure comprehensive understanding of course material.
• Evaluate and assess student performance, providing constructive feedback for academic growth.
• Adhere to curriculum deadlines to ensure timely completion of educational objectives.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in the subject areas of Calculus and Statistics.
• Ability to effectively engage students in a virtual learning environment.
• Willingness to accommodate evening and weekend teaching sessions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject area; a Master's or Ph.D./EdD is preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year teaching experience in the relevant subject area; experience in high school education is advantageous.
• Availability to provide 5-6 time slots weekly.
• A collaborative spirit, a passion for teaching, and adaptability for varied teaching schedules.
