Treasure Ship Indonesia, specializes in the cleaning industry. The selected candidate will handle administrative duties, coordinate schedules, process payments, and communicate with clients and contractors. If you meet the qualifications, there will be an interview process following the CV screening.You'll Be The First Contact Point Of Our Cleaning Business Based In Canberra Australia. We Provide a Wide Range Of Cleaning Services To The Local Community Including

  • Regular or one-off domestic cleaning for private clients, clients under insurance cover, and aged clients or disabled clients covered by government funding
  • Regular or one-off commercial cleaning including office cleaning, retail shop cleaning, cafe/bar/restaurant cleaning, medical clinic cleaning
  • End-of-lease or Pre-lease cleaning for private clients, real estate agents and clients covered by government funding
  • Short-term holiday house rental management and housekeeping services
  • Occasional structured cleaning for construction projects
  • Handyman and pest control services
Therefore, your day to day working tasks would include but not limited to the below tasks
  • Working time is 9am to 5pm Canberra local time (Winter GMT+10/Summer GMT+11) from your own place
  • Dealing phone call/email service inquiries and complaints
  • Coordinating with organization, clients, and cleaners(dealing with mainly English and Mandarin speakers)
  • Arranging cleaners' daily work schedule
  • Assisting with payroll processing by confirming cleaners working hours
  • Checking and processing contractor payments and all sorts of bill payment
  • Invoices issuing and debt collection
  • Counting and ordering materials and supplies
  • Assisting manager with other administrative tasks
Eligibility Requirements
  • Proficient communication skills in English, especially speaking (IELTS 8 or above) is a MUST
  • Fluent language skills in Chinese Mandarin speaking and writing (HSK 5)
  • Software Experience with Excel, Xero, Google Calendar, Adobe --- highly preferred
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn about our fee structure, Canberra suburbs geographical distribution, price quoting system, payment claim procedure, rental properties management channels, advertising strategies, etc.
  • Strong ability in multi-tasking and planning
  • Dedication and attention to details
