Job DescriptionAbout the roleShoreline Medical Administration offers billing and reimbursement facilitation services to medical professionals and clinics. You will be an integral part of our engineering team that is responsible for building AI-enabled solutions that helps improve our case throughput and accuracy. We are fully remote. We believe it allows us to find the best talent wherever it is, provide our team with maximum flexibility, and stand out to candidatesIn this role, expect to:

  • Build generative AI applications with GPT, Claude, and other models.
  • Build AI agents that help improve case throughput and accuracy.
  • Build AI agents to improve our client activation and engagement.
  • Launch features with "0-to-no" impact to our customers and internal teams.
You will be successful in this role if you are:
  • Professional and production experience working with LLMs
  • Proactive and self-motivated: You take initiative and are self-motivated to identify opportunities and develop strategies to drive sales and surpass targets.
  • Strong written and verbal communication: you can iterate on ideas quickly and get buy-ins effectively across organizations
  • Hyper-comfort with ambiguity: we are an early-stage start-up, meaning we roll out process and system updates frequently; you thrive on quickly adapting and applying changes to turbo-charge your goals
