About the Role - Reporting to the Chief Education Officer, the Head of Artificial Intelligence is a member of the Corporate Education Team with the mission of providing support to the schools of the group. The successful candidate will have experience in K-12 Education, will be up to date in the latest developments in the use of AI in schools and will drive the adoption of AI solutions across multiple curricula and age ranges.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the group's strategy to enhance teaching and learning using AI, across all ages of the school curriculum
• Support schools to implement the group strategy on ensuring Academic Integrity in the era of generative AI and LLMs
• Support school leaders teams with effective solutions to streamline school management processes through the use of AI
• Keep up to date with emerging AI trends and technologies in education and evaluate their potential impact on our AI education strategy
• Ensure that the group's AI strategy complies with relevant regulations, ethical standards and Corporate Social Responsibility

Qualifications

Required Skills

• A recognised teaching qualification and teaching experience in K-12 education
• A deep understanding of pedagogy
• A proven track record in delivering high-quality training to teachers
• A broad knowledge of trends in AI technologies related to K-12 education
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong project management skills
• Proficient English speaker (native or near-native speaker)
• Availability to travel from time to time

Preferred Skills

• Certifications in the use of AI and digital technologies in schools
• Knowledge of languages other than English
