- Develop reliable and accurate analytical workflows using DBT to create analytics models.
- Manage the delivery of technical stories by collaborating with other teams and stakeholders, supporting data literacy initiatives.
- Communicate findings clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Influence stakeholders by working on dashboards with company/department-wide impact.
- Act as a thinking partner with stakeholders and proactively propose data solutions to business problems.
ABOUT YOU: - Bachelor or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL for advanced data modeling, experience with DBT for creating analytics models, and familiarity with statistical analysis methods.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and propose relevant metrics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams, sharing knowledge and supporting junior team members.
- Prior experience with B2B sales domain is a plus
