What You’ll Do:

  • Shape the Vision: Define and drive HelpGrid's product vision, keeping us on the path to success.
  • Lead the Charge: Spearhead the transition to a self-service platform and the development of an AI-guided platform.
  • Own the Roadmap: Prioritize, plan, and deliver features that create real value for our customers.
  • Collaborate Like a Pro: Work with AI/ML engineers, developers, designers, and other stakeholders to build amazing products.
  • Stay Customer-Centric: Use market research and feedback to understand customer needs and pain points.
  • Bring Ideas to Life: Develop user personas, journey maps, and user stories to guide product development.
  • Prioritize for Success: Balance business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility to make smart product decisions.


What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS or tech companies focused on customer service or support solutions.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and with various stakeholders.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, or similar).
  • A passion for customer service and a deep understanding of the customer support industry is a plus.
