The opportunity

The Full Stack Developer (internally known as Software Engineer) will work on both front-end and back-end systems including databases, APIs and web applications. Our team is highly collaborative where everyone is involved in the whole development process, so we value great communication skills and empowering the developers to build great products.

How will you make an impact at Envision Pharma Group?

• Developing, troubleshooting, debugging, and improving existing software.
• Work on an agile Scrum team to understand business needs. Perform development and testing to deliver business functionality with quality.
• Participate in code reviews by both giving and receiving critical feedback with a positive attitude.
• Work closely with the Squad Lead to ensure alignment with Technology strategy and best practices.
• Write, maintain and execute unit tests prior to check-ins to minimize breakage within the release.
• Work with QA to test and verify acceptance criteria has been met.
• Collaborating with Product Owners and other internal teams on potential product improvements.
• Diagnose problems and develop solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the oversight of a Senior Developer or Architect.
• Develops and maintains technical documentation
• Collaborates with Business partners and internal teams throughout the development process.
• Provides informal guidance to new team members.

Do you have what we are looking for?

• 3+ years of experience building web services and applications using JavaScript
• Experience working with HTML, CSS, Node, JSON, RESTful APIs
• Working in a collaborative Agile environment
• Reactive front-end development frameworks (Vue development experience is a plus)
• Software development best practices and familiarity with associated tools (GIT, NPM, ESLint etc.), or equivalent
• SQL/NoSQL databases (Postgres and Mongo database experience is a plus)
• CEFR English level C1 or greater required
