Role Overview


We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and assist with customer onboarding and other strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless onboarding experiences for new clients and driving the successful execution of key projects across the organization.


You will take the lead on managing critical cross-functional projects and programs across the organization. This role is ideal for individuals who like working in fast paced environments, and are deeply passionate about customer success, enhancing organizational effectiveness, and driving successful execution at both a strategic and operational level.

Please note that while this is mainly a remote role you will be required to come to the office based in Dublin City Centre as required.


Key Responsibilities

There are three areas of responsibility for this role:

Customer Onboarding

  • Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, ensuring smooth transitions and a positive customer experience.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success and Global Services Delivery teams to ensure onboarding processes provide for client needs and the SOW.

  • Serve as the main point of contact during the onboarding phase, providing regular updates and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Project Management

  • Work closely with project sponsors and cross-functional teams to define scope, schedules, key milestones, tasks, deliverables, and responsibilities, ensuring the timely and effective delivery of outcomes.

  • Provide leadership with regular status updates, identify risks, and offer recommendations, ensuring well-informed decision-making through consistent, insightful communication.

  • Partner with program teams and stakeholders to identify, assess, and address risks, opportunities, and interdependencies across programs.


Process Improvement & Transformation

  • Working with the senior leadership to improve existing processes and streamline organizational procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity across the organization.

  • Introduce new tools, processes, methods, and infrastructure to support the organization.

  • Prepare detailed reports and documentation on process changes and improvements.



Skills, Knowledge & Expertise


  • Bachelor's degree in business, Project Management, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, with a strong focus on customer onboarding or customer success.

  • Proven ability to present to senior-level clients and stakeholders.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.

  • Ability to lead change and take others with you.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Project management certifications (i.e. PMP, Prince2) and Process Improvement certification (i.e. Lean Six Sigma) are a plus.

  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project) is preferred.
