Job Description
- Lead and manage continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and other relevant CI tools such as IWS or WCM
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce waste, and improve productivity across manufacturing, supply chain, and other operations.
- Collaborate with leadership and operational teams to develop and implement CI strategies that align with business goals.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions.
- Facilitate training programs and workshops to promote CI principles and develop a continuous improvement mindset within the organization.
- Monitor and measure the impact of improvement initiatives through key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
- Develop a roadmap for sustainable process improvements that support long-term business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols in all improvement initiatives.
- Report on project progress, deliverables, and achievements to senior management.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a continuous improvement or process improvement role, preferably within the FMCG, Pharma, or Food & Beverage industry.
- Proven experience in implementing Lean, Six Sigma, IWS or WCM (preferred), or other CI methodologies.
- Experience with digital transformation and automation in manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of SAP, MES, or other manufacturing systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis.
- Excellent project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and coach employees at all levels.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and quality standards (GMP, ISO, etc.).
- Results-driven, with a focus on efficiency, cost savings, and continuous operational excellence.
