Key Responsibilities:
- User-Centric Design: Create user-friendly interfaces that enhance the user experience and are aligned with business goals.
- Collaborative Development: Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing) to translate business requirements into intuitive designs.
- Wireframes & Prototypes: Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas and gather feedback.
- UX Research: Conduct user research and testing to understand user behaviors and preferences, using insights to iterate on design.
- Design Consistency: Ensure brand consistency and design cohesion across all product touchpoints.
- 3-5 years of experience as a UX/UI designer, ideally in SaaS or mobile applications.
- Proficiency in design tools like Miro, Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design, UX research, and responsive design.
- Experience collaborating with Agile development teams.
- Familiarity with AI and data-driven products is a plus.
