What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Receive incoming calls or emails from members, pharmacies, and doctors' offices regarding medication and benefits
• Investigate and resolve member inquiries in a timely manner or escalate to the appropriate team member
• Adhere to and reinforce standard operating procedures and training guidelines related to HIPAA
• Assist callers in obtaining the information they need to feel better and live well
• Perform other duties as assigned
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High School Diploma or GED is required
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship
• Ability to adhere to a pre-determined schedule, including planned breaks
• Must have a secure and dedicated home workspace free from interruptions
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Previous call center experience
• Call center experience in the healthcare industry
• Experience working from home (remote)
• Fluency in Spanish
• Strong communication skills with a focus on empathy and professionalism
