Duties And Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential customers in target markets.
- Identify new target markets.
- Build and maintain a list of qualified leads.
- Initiate communication via phone, email, and other channels to introduce the company and its solutions.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate follow-ups for the sales director.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with potential customers in the CRM.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks and lead nurturing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to research and identify key decision-makers.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Organized and detail-oriented with a focus on lead qualification.
- Experience in sales or sales development is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is preferred.
- Strong excel and research ability.
