About The Role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a key role in maintaining WEX Australia’s reputation for excellence in customer service. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering exceptional service by resolving their queries with efficiency and professionalism. Working within a positive and collaborative team, you’ll help us achieve customer satisfaction targets and uphold our commitment to putting customers first.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Handling customer inquiries via telephone and email, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Reviewing and escalating billing or service-related complaints as needed.
  • Educating customers about our Products and services.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation within our card management system.
  • Promoting WEX products while delivering outstanding service.
  • Contributing to quality improvement programs to ensure we consistently exceed customer expectations.
