- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Previous experience in customer service or sales roles
- Familiarity with Windows operating system
- Strong aptitude for conflict resolution and negotiation
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing conditions
- Experience in a contact center or call center environment
