- Act as a liaison between logistics operations and the commercial organization
- Monitor and manage service levels using SAP to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collect and resolve customer claims from the commercial organization
- Provide front-line support for Customer Service Associates during issue resolution
- Track and report customer service issues, suggesting process improvements as needed
- Bachelor’s Degree or comparable experience
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Strong working knowledge of SAP
- Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
- Experience in a warehouse and transportation operations environment
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally
- Exceptional analytical, decision-making, and creative problem-solving skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills
