Job Description
In this role you will design and deliver state-of-the-art Data & Analytics solutions, to support business decisions. You will also Identify and analyze patterns in data, communicate insights and trends.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop & deploy advanced analytical solutions, to facilitate data-driven decision making.
- Collaborate closely and cross-functionally with business stakeholders, to ensure a deep understanding of business needs and delivery of relevant and effective solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Data Engineers to define and build reliable data products and pipelines.
- Communicate insights effectively, via interactive and user-friendly Power BI dashboards.
- Support business users with training and onboarding to BI solutions.
- Set and follow best-practices to ensure highest data quality and reliability standards.
- Proactively identify, resolve and optimize performance and user experience issues.
- Maintain effective and up-to-date documentation and training / onboarding materials.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as Business / Data Analyst, Analytics Engineer or similar.
- Proven hands-on experience with delivering exceptional data products and analytics solutions.
- Proven ability to present and communicate meaningful insights and recommendations.
- Proficiency with SQL and Power BI – a must.
- Proficiency with Python – an advantage.
- Familiarity with e-commerce, supply-chain management - an advantage.
- Self-learner, problem-solver, multi-tasker and a team-player.
- Fluent in English, both in verbal and written form (C1 level or equivalent).
- Background in a STEM degree, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
