- Serve as the primary call center contact for patients, pharmacies, and medical professionals
- Provide initial support for customer requests via telephone, email, and other communication methods
- Assess user issues and deliver first-level support for problem resolution
- Document resolutions and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate areas
- Work 40 hours per week under moderate supervision, with multiple shift options available
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Pharmacy Technician experience required
- HIPAA certified
- Minimum of 3 years of call center experience
- Experience in medical claim processing is a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Additional experience in pharmacy or healthcare support roles
